Pharmacy Weight Loss Bournemouth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management services and prescription medicines to patients in Bournemouth and across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline any order or consultation where eligibility criteria are not met or where we determine treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid UK prescription. Prescriptions are issued only following a clinical assessment completed via our online consultation form.
Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement. Completing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. We may request additional information, refuse a prescription, or recommend you consult your GP where clinically appropriate.
You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, and allergies accurately. Providing false or misleading information may endanger your health and will result in immediate cancellation of your account and any pending orders.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, any payment taken will be refunded in full within 5 to 10 working days.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is by tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or that a safe delivery instruction is in place.
Medicines must be stored in accordance with the instructions on the product label upon receipt.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the nature of prescription medicines and UK pharmacy regulations.
Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed unless they are faulty or there has been an error on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe there is a problem.
Non-prescription products may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
If you experience any adverse effects from medication supplied by us, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. You should also contact us and report any adverse reactions to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
